Eric C. Brown is an Associate Attorney at Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC. He concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, business, and tax law.
Mr. Brown is experienced in the planning, drafting, creation, and administration of trusts and estates. Moreover, he counsels high-net and ultra-high-net worth individuals and families in their estate and tax planning.
In addition, Mr. Brown assists clients with the creation, formation, and compliance of corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and charitable organizations. Mr. Brown also represents taxpayers before the IRS and the Michigan Department of Treasury.
Mr. Brown graduated from Wayne State University in 2010, where he received a B.S. in Business Administration. In 2017, he graduated with a J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Brown worked for the Alvin L. Storrs Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic, providing free tax-related legal services to low-income taxpayers throughout the state of Michigan. Mr. Brown served as the Vice President of the Business Law Society and President for the Law School’s Ice Hockey Team.
