Jaclyn Culler is an Associate at Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC.  She practices primarily in the areas of tax, business and corporate law, estate planning, real estate, and employee benefits. Her experience includes working on a wide range of business and commercial real estate transactions, drafting wills and complex trust agreements, and helping clients stay in compliance with ERISA and the ever-changing state and federal tax laws.

Ms. Culler graduated with a B.A. in political science from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C., where she interned on Capitol Hill. She also spent time studying and working in the Netherlands, Boston and California before returning to her home state of Michigan to attend law school.

Ms. Culler earned her J.D. in 2018 from Wayne State University Law School, where she was a founding member of the Business Law Journal and worked as a Student Attorney with the Business & Community Law Clinic. Her duties included advising start-up companies and non-profit organizations on how to navigate the regulatory system, apply for tax-exemption, and obtain financing.
