Jordan Glassco is a Senior Attorney of Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC, where she is a senior attorney in the real estate practice group. She specializes in the area of commercial real estate and business transactions.

Ms. Glassco possesses more than 17 years of experience handling a variety of commercial real estate matters, including negotiating, drafting and advising clients on: purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements (retail, office and telecommunications), major department store operational agreements, development agreements and reciprocal easement agreements.

In addition, Ms. Glassco has nearly a decade of experience in business and corporate transactions, having worked as in-house counsel to a major shopping center REIT and, later, as a vice president of real estate for a community bank.

Ms. Glassco has represented clients and business stakeholders on a myriad of legal matters, including intellectual property matters; marketing, sponsorship and promotional agreements; management and support of corporate governance and policy matters (including OFAC, SOX and privacy policies); drafting and negotiation of software licensing and other information technology agreements.

Having experience in both business and legal roles, Ms. Glassco is adept at effectively identifying areas of company risk and opportunity while balancing stakeholder interest.

In 2014, Ms. Glassco was recognized as a “Top Corporate Counsel” by DBusiness magazine. She is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) where she served as a Next Generation Committee Chair, and has previously served on planning committees and conducted presentations and roundtable discussions at organization events.

Ms. Glassco graduated cum laude with her juris doctor from the Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University in 1999 and is a member of the State Bar of Michigan.
