The Super Lawyers selection process is multi-phased, which includes peer nominations and evaluations combined with third-party research. Attorneys are selected from over 70 practice areas and all firm sizes to ensure a credible and relevant annual list. No more than five percent of attorneys in Michigan are selected as Super Lawyers each year, and no more than 2.5 percent are named to the Rising Stars list.
