Erin Bowen Welch is a Member at Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC. She concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate, business and corporate transactions, and estate planning. As part of her practice, Erin regularly advises clients on all aspects of acquisition, disposition, and leasing of real property, commercial, residential and mixed-use developments, and real estate-related finance transactions. She also counsels individuals and businesses as to general business matters and estate and succession planning.

Erin graduated from Miami University in 2010, magna cum laude, with a B.A. in English Literature and Journalism. In 2013, she graduated with a J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law, summa cum laude. While in law school, she served as an editor for the Michigan State University Law Review and as a member of the Trial Practice Institute.

Erin is a member of the State Bar of Michigan Real Property Law Section, the Oakland County Bar Association, the International Council of Shopping Centers, and Impact100 Oakland County.  She serves on the board of trustees for Leaps and Bounds Family Services, a non-profit agency dedicated to improving the lives of children and adults.

Erin is licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan and the State of Illinois.  She is also a licensed real estate broker in the State of Michigan.
