Samuel Kokoszka is an Associate at Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC. He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial real estate and corporate law. As part of his practice, Mr. Kokoszka routinely advises clients and businesses of all sizes on a wide range of transactional and legal issues.
Mr. Kokoszka’s real estate practice focuses on all facets of a commercial real estate transaction, including acquisitions, sales, and real estate related finance transactions. Mr. Kokoszka also has experience representing landlords and tenants and has drafted and negotiated commercial leases for retail space.
Mr. Kokoszka concentrates his corporate practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and various business licensing matters, where he uses his experience to assist clients in navigating the complex legal and regulatory standards governing their respective businesses.
Mr. Kokoszka graduated from Central Michigan University in 2013, cum laude, with a B.S. in Political Science. In 2016, he graduated with a J.D. from Wayne State University Law School, summa cum laude, where he ranked first in a class of 131 graduates. While in law school, he served as an associate editor of the Wayne State University Law Review and as a senior member of the Wayne State University Moot Court. Mr. Kokoszka also served as a judicial intern to Judge Nancy G. Edmunds of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan in the summer of 2014.
