Adam Salomon is an Associate Attorney at Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC. His practice focuses on corporate law, real estate, and taxation. He advises clients on various business and real estate matters, with particular emphasis on corporate transactions and document drafting. Drawing from his background in finance and experience with family-owned businesses, Adam brings a unique perspective to helping clients navigate both legal and business challenges.

Adam graduated Summa Cum Laude from Michigan State University College of Law in 2024, ranking 9th in his class of 218 students. During his time at MSU Law, he distinguished himself academically, earning Jurisprudence Awards (highest grade) in eight courses, including Basic Income Taxation, Corporate Income Taxation, Constitutional Law II, Professional Responsibility, Pretrial II, Secured Transactions, Sales and Leases, and Contract Drafting.

While in law school, Adam participated in the Alvin L. Storrs Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic and The Geoffrey Fieger Trial Practice Institute, where he gained valuable practical experience. He served as a law clerk for the Michigan Tax Tribunal, where he drafted orders for Principal Residence Exemptions, summarized hearings, and expanded his knowledge of Michigan property taxation.

Prior to law school, Adam earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business in 2021. His business education, combined with his experience working in his father’s small business, provides him with valuable insights into the practical challenges faced by business owners.
