
Daniel M. Halprin, a member of Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC in Bloomfield Hills, has been practicing real estate law since 1993, with a particular emphasis on leasing, acquisition and disposition transactions. In the leasing area, Mr. Halprin regularly represents both landlords and tenants throughout the United States in the structuring, preparation and negotiation of leases, amendments, expansions, assignments, subleases, subordination and non-disturbance agreements and related documents for retail, industrial, warehouse, office and medical office properties.
With respect to the acquisition and disposition of property, Mr. Halprin has significant experience representing clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to privately held companies and individuals in the negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, development agreements and related documents for retail, industrial, office, hotel, multi-family and casino projects throughout the United States, as well as assisting clients with loan documentation and conducting title and survey review and other due diligence for these projects.
