Bachand’s commercial litigation practice includes representing individuals and companies in both federal and state courts regarding business disputes, including contract, employment, real estate, partnership, and shareholder disputes. He has appeared in both the Michigan Court of Appeals and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals for clients.
