Elle Madsen

Elle Madsen is an Associate Attorney at Dawda Mann. She concentrates her practice on commercial real estate and business transactions. She has advised clients on sales and acquisitions as it relates to both property and asset transactions. Ms. Madsen also has experience with commercial leasing, real estate related financial transactions, and general corporate matters.

Ms. Madsen graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2019, where she received her B.A. in Legal Studies with a minor in Spanish and was a student of the Frederik Meijer Honors College. In 2022, she graduated with a J.D. from Wayne State University Law school. While in law school, Ms. Madsen served as a judicial extern at the Michigan Court of Appeals working with both the Research Department, and the Honorable Judge Elizabeth L. Gleicher. She was a Senior Note and Comment Editor for the Wayne Law Review, and a member of the Moot Court Program, through which she participated in the prestigious ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition as both an oralist and brief writer. She also worked as a research assistant focused on corporate law.
