
Eric Ladasz is a Member with Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC. He concentrates his practice on civil litigation in both federal and state courts, commercial real estate and business transactions.
Mr. Ladasz’s commercial litigation practice includes representing companies in both federal and state courts regarding business disputes, real estate issues, and financial transactions. Mr. Ladasz has appeared in both the Michigan Court of Appeals and the Federal Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals for clients.
Mr. Ladasz’s corporate and business practice includes acquisition and disposition of assets, mergers, corporate governance, shareholder disputes, employment issues, and day-to-day advise.
