Erin Bowen Welch is a Member at Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC. She concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial real estate, business transactions, and estate planning. As part of her practice, Ms. Welch regularly advises clients on all aspects of commercial real estate acquisition, disposition, and leasing matters, including real estate related finance transactions. She also counsels companies and their owners as to general business matters and estate and succession planning.

Ms. Welch graduated from Miami University in 2010, magna cum laude, with a B.A. in English Literature and Journalism. In 2013, she graduated with a J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law, summa cum laude. While in law school, she served as an editor for the Michigan State University Law Review and as a member of the Trial Practice Institute.

Ms. Welch is a member of the State Bar of Michigan Real Property Law Section, a member of the State Bar of Illinois, the Oakland County Bar Association, the International Council of Shopping Centers, and Impact100 Oakland County. Ms. Welch is also a licensed real estate broker in the State of Michigan.
