Sean A. Fraser

Sean A. Fraser is counsel to Dawda Mann. He focuses his time on tax planning and counseling closely held businesses. He has extensive experience representing private companies and entrepreneurs in every facet of corporate law.

Mr. Fraser advises clients concerning business formations, acquisitions and investments, and assists companies seeking financing from private markets. As part of his practice he structures, negotiates and prepares documents for acquisitions, private equity investments, and senior and mezzanine loans.

Before joining his prior firm, Mr. Fraser was a tax consultant with Deloitte and worked with three local law firms.

Mr. Fraser was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan, and the federal bar for the U.S. District Court-Eastern District of Michigan in 1990. He was admitted to the bar for the U.S. Tax Court in 1993. He earned his law degree at University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and has master’s degree in Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from University of Detroit Mercy.

Mr. Fraser is married and lives in Grosse Pointe Park, Mich.
