Todd Schafer is a Member of Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC. He concentrates his practice primarily in the areas of real estate and corporate law.
Representing developers, owners and tenants, Mr. Schafer frequently advises clients on property acquisitions, property dispositions and industrial, office and retail leasing matters. Mr. Schafer is also often involved in documentation of financing transactions and in the creation and structuring of corporations, limited partnerships and limited liability companies.
Mr. Schafer earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan in 1992, where he was a contributing editor to the Michigan Journal of International Law and served as a judge on the Court of Common Pleas (Central Student Judiciary). He earned his B.A., with highest distinction, from the University of Michigan in 1989.
He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the State Bar of Illinois. Mr. Schafer also serves as the Treasurer as well as the Chair of both the Finance and Audit Committees of Jewish Family Services of Metropolitan Detroit.
